This project focuses on standardizing processes, data and training towards providing students, faculty, and staff a more consistent, accessible, and intuitive experience in learning and meeting spaces.
Key efforts include:
- Expand the pilot project for requesting furniture accommodations in classrooms to interested colleges.
- Expand implementation of standard audio/visual systems in classrooms and meeting rooms.
- Leverage central University data sources to collect consistent data for efficient space planning, scheduling and budgeting.
- Implement consistent AV training and maintenance programs across OTDI for improved in-room AV support.
