Accomplishments

July 2024 to December 2024

  • Established Single Sign-On (SSO) for the new library catalog, simplifying access for users.
  • Integrated multiple discovery sources for a unified and comprehensive search experience.
  • Developed processes to manage fines, fees, and notifications during transition periods.
  • Completed URL redirects to minimize broken links on websites, syllabi, and other resources.
  • Cleared over 255,000 records to streamline the migration.
  • Designed a governance model to oversee the new library services platform. 

 

January 2025-June 2025

  • The planned go-live for this project successfully occurred on schedule on June 25 at 8am. Over the next 6-8 weeks, the team will be completing remaining clean-up activities with a planned project close date in August 2025.
