Accomplishments

July 2024 to December 2024 

  • Finalized requirements and design documents for enhanced integration between the two ServiceNow platforms used by the Wexner Medical Center and Ohio State to improve customer service and support. 
     

January 2025 to June 2025

  • In partnership with the Wexner Medical Center and the Office of Human Resources, we’ve been working closely with our vendor, CDWG, to improve how our support systems work together. The new solution—designed to allow better sharing and collaboration across teams—is currently being tested and is expected to roll out later this summer. 
  • CDWG has also begun addressing our backlog of system improvements. Once the integration work is complete, they’ll continue making additional updates identified by our service owners to further streamline support and enhance the user experience for faculty, staff, and students.
