  • The AI Fluency Initiative, a university-wide effort to build foundational knowledge and responsible use of AI tools was announced, providing direction. 
  • Began design and development of Generative AI content for inclusion in the Autumn 2025 student AI Launch Course, expanding educational reach as part of the AI Fluency Initiative. 
  • Continued to enhance the AI landing page at ai.osu.edu, adding new content and resources to support the university community. 
  • Added a ServiceNow catalog request item for Microsoft Copilot and beginning GenAI Services starting to roll out and will be added to the ServiceNow request catalog 
  • Started rolling out Google Gemini and NotebookLM, which will be widely available on August 1. 
  • Made the new Researcher and Analyst Copilot Agents are available to all Licensed Microsoft 365 Copilot users.
