Join us to explore the storage options available to faculty, staff, and students—OneDrive, Teams and more. These sessions are ONLY open to faculty and staff at the university; the Medical Center has different storage solutions so advice provided may not apply.
While the university does not currently impose storage limits, responsible management of digital storage is an important priority. Learn best practices for organizing and managing your files efficiently, making use of archiving and retention settings, and understanding how the university’s Storage Directory and retention policies support secure, sustainable data management. Sessions will occur during the end of this year and into 2026.

These sessions are free, but registration is required. We do not plan to post a public recording, but attendees will be able to access it through Microsoft Stream. Medical Center employees will not be able to register.
