The Workday "Effort Certification Status Report â OSU" has been updated to ensure terminated employees are included. Previously, when using cost center or cost center hierarchy with the Org Assignment Cost Center Hierarchies prompt, terminated workers would not display.

FDM Request Form Approval Changes Related to Earnings Operations
Richard Hunter|February 8, 2024To match requirements outlined in the earnings operation policy, the Senior Fiscal Officer approval will now be required for all FDM requests that use the "New Earnings Operation" or "Edit Existing Earnings Operation" form types. Previously, these request types routed to both the SFO and the Cost Center Director roles for approval, and only one of these roles had to approve. This change went into production at 5 p.m.

Buckeye Buy Internal Supplier Catalog Preferred Tag

The screenshot below provides a visual example. When searching for “room night,” with Preferred checked, the results will bring back internal supplier, The Blackwell.
Transactions Added to PI Weekly Confirmation Email
Richard Hunter|February 6, 2024Currently, Purchase Requisitions, Spend Authorizations, Non-PO Invoices, and Expense Reports without Spend Authorizations are reported on the weekly grant transaction confirmation email sent out to Principal Investigators (PI) for their relevant Grants. Additionally, Misc. Payment Requests will start to be included on this report during the month of February. This is the final update and will ensure that our PIs can review all non-personnel charges against their Grants via this weekly reporting.
