    Exciting progress is underway at the Mount Hall Community Garden!  After an unseasonably cold spring, the garden’s foundation is taking shape. Facilities Operations and Development (FOD) has installed a gravel base and two raised beds near the northeast corner of Mount Hall. An Ohio State landscape crew is scheduled to add soil to the beds this week.

  • FY26 Equity Roll-forward Timing

    Please note that the equity roll-forward of FY26 beginning equity balances will not occur until after second close, which is at 5 p.m. on the evening of July 18, 2025. As a result, reporting will be affected until the equity roll-forward process is complete. 

  • Payroll Commitments

    Initial FY26 payroll commitments are scheduled to be run on June 21, 2025. Please be aware that due to system limitations, FY25 payroll commitments will not zero out until an integration with a journal source of "Payroll Encumbrance Accrual Reversal" runs (tentatively scheduled for July 7, 2025). Correcting entries for any over liquidations will also post on July 7, 2025. See full post for more details.
