Upcoming May 4 Session:  Improving Competencies Around Workday Reporting

There are several recent supplier name changes in Buckeye Buy. The links shared access current contract details information and will eventually change with the new naming.

New Skilled Trades Supplier catalogs are available in Buckeye Buy. 

Beginning Tuesday, May 24, your Workday homepage will have a new look designed to give you a more personalized Workday experience and improved search capability. The changes will be obvious and intuitive. Stay tuned to NewsLink for more information!

A new RoundTrip (punch-out) catalog from laboratory products distributor, Neta Scientific is available in Buckeye Buy.

A new Inbox Filter for Workday was created April 28 for use on match exceptions, specifically within the CCH7 cost center hierarchy. This new match exception lookup is tied to the requisition line and requisition line distribution business objects.

For your awareness, a Workday enhancement to the Worker Profile page was applied on April 28, 2022.  The Summary section of the Worker Profile page now includes the Job Details and Contact Information that was initially only included in the Overview and Job sections of the Worker Profile page. In addition to now appearing in the Summary section, the Job Details and Contact Information will continue to be displayed in the Overvie

For select Finance and Supply Chain business processes, if a user has more than one security role for approval at different steps in a process, one approval now applies to all approval steps. For example, a cost center manager who also holds the role of grant manager will only approve once. For future approvals, the previous approval will apply.
